Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Airbus A330-203 / KC-30A (MRTT) A39-004 was photographed by Don W at Rockhampton Airport on Monday 27 May. Don was most pleased to finally see a KC-30A in Rockhampton!
It landed on Runway 15 at Rockhampton after completing a training flight from Amberley. Later, A39-004 blasted off Runway 15, heading further North to Townsville using the callsign "Dragon 23".
