During the afternoon, both C-FFQE and VH-LVG completed a second flight up to the bushfire area from Bundaberg Airport and back.
Also heading up to Townsville, also on Monday 23 November, was R-Mach Aviation PZL Warszawa-Okecie M-18B Dromader VH-MDR "Bomber 402". It departed Rockhampton Airport and looked to base out of Townsville Airport.
Also noted operating out of Townsville was Central Highlands Aerial Services (CHAS) Air Tractor AT-802A VH-JQW "Bomber 271".
Finally, Kennedy Aviation North American Rockwell 500S VH-XAS as "Birddog 444" was noted flying up from Toowoomba and operating West of Bundaberg before returning to Toowoomba.

On Tuesday 24 November, Agair Logistics P/L Rockwell Turbo Commander 690B VH-LVG "Birddog 273" looked to fly up from Bundaberg Airport to Townsville to coordinate the smaller fixed wing and helicopters fighting the bushfire near Townsville. Also noted up operating around Townsville was the Kennedy Aviation North American Rockwell 500S VH-XAS as "Birddog 444" which flew up from Toowoomba.
Finally, Kennedy Aviation North American Rockwell 500S VH-XAS as "Birddog 444" was noted flying up from Toowoomba and operating West of Bundaberg before returning to Toowoomba.
