Before dawn on Monday 30 November, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" was noted visiting Mackay Airport. It looked to arrive from Townsville.
After some time on the ground, VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" was noted departing Mackay Airport and returning to Townsville where it appears to be currently based.
