Late on Wednesday 11 November, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" was noted visiting Mackay Airport. It looked to arrive from Townsville.

After some time on the ground, VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" was noted departing Mackay Airport for the Gold Coast. It later returned to its Townsville 'base'.
