Mitchell Air / Australian Corporate Jet Centres Bombardier Global 6000 Bizjet VH-OFX Calls into Whitsundays Airports - Plus More!

On Saturday 5 March, Mitchell Air / Australian Corporate Jet Centres Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global 6000 bizjet VH-OFX was spotted soon after it arrived into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.  It had just completed the short hop over from Hamilton Island Airport after it had earlier flown up from Melbourne (Essendon).


At the time of writing, it appears that VH-OFX is staying at Prosie.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 9 March, VH-OFX departed Proserpine Airport and returned to Hamilton Island Airport and then Essendon.

Meanwhile, also on Saturday 5 March, Avcair (Avgunn) LearJet 60 bizjet VH-ILJ called into Blackall, Emerald and Rockhampton Airports while on a flight out of and back to Brisbane.

While Vanguard Aviation Cessna 525 CitationJet1 bizjet VH-DAA visited Moranbah Airport from Archerfield.

And M. D. H. P/L (Cloncurry) Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-UJM flew up to Mackay Airport from Archerfield.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 6 March, VH-UJM departed Mackay Airport for Emerald Airport and then Alpurrurulam in the Northern Territory.

Finally, also on Saturday 5 March, Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TFS departed Rockhampton Airport for Cairns as HND410.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 6 March, fellow Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-LZK flew down from Cairns and into Rockhampton Airport as HND450.  Of interest, VH-LZK joins yet another Cessna 208 Caravan VH-CVN at Rockhampton Airport.
