The big Global Express touched down from Cairns - where it has reportedly been parked since mid-August.  Later, HB-JII departed Hamo for Darwin and eventually Bangkok (Don Muang International) Airport.

Meanwhile, as mentioned below, Private Dassault Falcon 2000EX bizjet F-GZLX arrived back into Hamilton Island Airport for the second time this month, arriving back from Bankstown on Friday 16 August.  It subsequently departed Hamilton Island again for Bankstown on Monday 26 August.

Finally, it is also worth mentioning a few other local bizjets that have made appearance at Central Queensland Airports over the week.  As we posted below, the Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-SGY arrived into Gladstone Airport on Sunday 25 August and departed on Monday 26 August.

A familiar visitor to Emerald Airport in the form of Cessna 560 Citation Ultra VH-SJP arrived into there on Saturday 24 August.  VH-SJP has recently had a change of registration holder from Aeromil to Mackellar Mining Equipment.  Also on Saturday, Mackay-based Cessna 525 Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-ZGP flew from Mackay to Bankstown, And finally on Friday 23 August, Jetstream Aviation's bright and colourful Cessna 550 Citation II bizjet VH-VDF, arrived into Proserpine / Whitsunday Coast Airport from the Sunshine Coast.

Busy times!
