More Night Time Plane Spotting from Gladstone Airport as Virgin Australia B737-800 VH-YFE Visits Thursday

Local plane spotter Michael F was on hand to capture some wonderful images of Virgin Australia Boeing B737-800 VH-YFE as it called into Gladstone Airport late on Thursday 8 August.

VH-YFE touched down from Brisbane as the scheduled VOZ1717 service, and was captured later departing back to Brisbane as VOZ1716.

Michael also captured Virgin Australia Regional Airlines ATR 72-500 VH-FVI parked on the Gladstone Airport apron - and blocking the view of the taxiing B737-800 VH-YFE!

Meanwhile, Michael also captured some lovely night-time images late on Tuesday 6 August as Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 jet VH-ZPO called in also operating the VOZ1717/1716 service from and back to Brisbane.

VH-ZPO has recently been repainted into Virgin’s new livery.

On Tuesday 6 August, Michael also captured QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-QOC as it arrived into Gladstone from Brisbane as QLK2346.

And also QantasLink (Cobham Aviation) Boeing B717-200 VH-NXR was captured by Michael as it touched down at the port city as the delayed QJE1958.

Some fantastic images and sincere thanks to Michael for sending them through!
