A little earlier on Thursday 27 October, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY made yet another visit to CQ also touching down at Hamilton Island Airport but from Melbourne (Moorabbin) Airport. It later departed to Archerfield.

Back on the mainland, Jetstream Aviation (Emprja P/L) Cessna 550 Citation II bizjet VH-VDF arrived at Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport also on Thursday 27 October. The bright and colourful Citation arrived from the Sunshine Coast.
And down the road at Mackay Airport, as this post is being written, Brisbane-based Cessna 525A CitationJet2 VH-MOR has arrived after a busy of flying starting at Cessnock in New South Wales and calling into Bankstown, the Gold Coast and Archerfield before touching down at Mackay Airport.

VH-MOR is scheduled to return to Archerfield a little later in the evening on Thursday 27 October.
And earlier on Thursday 27 October, LifeFlight (ex Careflight Queensland) LearJet 45 VH-CXJ "Ambulance 452" also called into Mackay Airport arriving from Townsville. It looked to be completing a medical evacuation flight and departed a little while later to Brisbane.
A couple of nice King Air turboprop aircraft have also been noted visiting CQ including Hinterland Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-HLJ which operated as 'HND780' on Thursday 27 October from its Cairns base to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast), Mackay and Emerald Airports. It then departed to Brisbane.
And AirServices Australia / Pearl Aviation Hawker Beechcraft B300 Super King Air VH-FIY was also noted visiting Mackay Airport seemingly on one of its usual navaid calibration flights. Flying as 'ADA3', VH-FIY arrived at Mackay Airport from Brisbane on Wednesday 26 October and completed a five-hour sortie on Thursday 27 October departing and returning to Mackay.
Finally, the Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ was spotted at Longreach Airport on Wednesday 26 October after earlier arriving from Brisbane.
On Thursday 27 October, VH-SGQ completed a flight from Longreach to Jundah and Windorah before returning to Longreach Airport. It is scheduled to depart to Winton on Friday 28 October.
