Helifix Operations (PNG) Agusta AW139 Helicopter P2-NZE Passes Through Rockhampton Airport

Another nice helicopter to pass through Central Queensland also on Sunday 2 December was Helifix Operations of Papua New Guinea (PNG) Agusta AW139 helicopter P2-NZE which was noted into Rockhampton Airport while on a ferry flight South.

P2-NZE arrived into Rocky from Cairns and Townsville having looked to ferry into Far North Queensland from PNG the previous day.

After taking on fuel, P2-NZE departed to Archerfield.

Of interest, P2-NZE is no stranger to CQ, calling into Rockhampton Airport in 2016 when it ferried North into PNG from Archerfield wearing its old registration marking of ZK-IHP - see Blog post HERE.
