Seems like the Easter rush hit Gladstone Airport with a couple of Virgin Australia jets calling into the industrial city almost each day over the Easter long weekend.
On Thursday 2 April, Embraer E-190 VH-ZPE initially called in while operating the scheduled VOZ1707/1710 service from and back to Brisbane. Later on Thursday, fellow E-190 VH-ZPH then called in operating the VOZ1717/1720 service.
On Friday 3 April, VH-ZPE returned to Gladstone Airport, operating the afternoon VOZ1717/1720 service. This seemed to be an 'extra' service.
Then on Saturday 4 April, VH-ZPE returned once again, this time operating the morning VOZ1709/1712 service.
Finally, on Sunday 5 April, perhaps the nicest of the Virgin jets to call on was Boeing B737-800 VH-VOX, which was spotted operating the VOZ1711/1714 service again from and back to Brisbane.
