It looked to arrive from Townsville and later depart to the Oakey Army Aviation Centre.
A40-028 was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Destrier 243".
Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 11 June, an Australian Army Eurocopter (ARH) Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter - possibly serial number A38-024 - was forced to make an emergency landing during a routine training exercise on the Darling Downs in Southern Queensland. Investigations have commenced.
Glad both crew members are ok!
