Many Corporate Bizjets Come and Go and Hamilton Island Airport incl American Registered Challenger 604 N787LG

Certainly a busy day at Hamilton Island Airport on Monday 10 June with as many as five corporate business jets coming and going in amongst the usual Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) movements.

Perhaps the nicest of the bizjet movements was the arrival of American-registered Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 N787LG.  It touched down from Melbourne (Essendon) where it was photographed last week - as shown below.

N787LG arrived into Australia via Sydney in late May.

At the time of writing, N787LG looks to be spending at least the night at Hamo.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 11 June, N787LG departed for Cairns and Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Earlier in the day, Baron Capital Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 VH-TFW made a return visit into Hamilton Island Airport arriving direct from its Inverell base in New South Wales. It later returned to Inverell via Moree.

VH-TFW also visited Hamo last Thursday 6 June - see Blog post below.

Also visiting Hamilton Island Airport was AAA Aircraft / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 550 Citation II Bravo VH-HVM which looked to arrive from and later departed back to its Sunshine Coast Base.

While noted arriving into Hamilton Island during the afternoon was Special Mining Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E VH-UYX. It touched down from Bankstown via Bathurst. It appears to be also spending the night at Hamo.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 12 June, VH-UYX departed for the Gold Coast and Bankstown.

Completing the quintet of corporate bizjet movement was Homada Pty Ltd Cessna 560XL Citation XLS VH-XCU which finally departed Hamilton Island Airport for Melbourne (Essendon) and Melbourne (Moorabbin). It had arrived from there last Friday 7 June - see Blog post below.
