It looked to have brought the Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and Ministers to the region for a tour. At the time of writing, VH-SGY appears to be staying for at least the night.
UPDATE! On Wednesday 19 June, VH-SGY was noted departing Mackay Airport for Rockhampton Airport. It later departed to Brisbane.
UPDATE! On Thursday 20 June, VH-SGY was back in CQ once again, this time departing Brisbane for Bundaberg Airport before it flew West to Longreach Airport. VH-SGY then returned to the capital - see Blog post above.
Meanwhile, on Monday 17 June, the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra bizjet VH-PSU was noted visiting Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport. It looked to arrive from and later depart back to Brisbane. VH-PSU then headed to Cairns.

UPDATE! VH-PSU was back in the region on Wednesday 19 June with the Citation noted flying into Mackay Airport from Townsville. It had flown down from Cairns to Townsville the previous day.
UPDATE! On Thursday 20 June, VH-PSU continued its adventures in CQ, departing Mackay Airport for Rockhampton and Gladstone Airports before eventually flying back to Brisbane - see Blog post above.
A big week for both bizjets!
Finally, it's worth mentioning that also on Tuesday 18 June, but up at Hamilton Island Airport, Homada Pty Ltd Cessna 560XL Citation XLS bizjet VH-XCU was back visiting once again, arriving from and later departing back to Melbourne (Moorabbin) via Melbourne (Essendon).
