It appears that the Dash-8-100 was operating a closed sports charter with the Cairns Marlins / Dolphins men's and women's basketball teams noted to be playing at Rockhampton and Gladstone over the weekend in the Queensland Basketball League (QBL).
At the time of writing, VH-QQI is currently returning direct to Cairns from Gladstone Airport on Sunday 2 June but as SKP9519.
