VH-QQW (ex YR-KMC of Carpatair) was delivered to Alliance early in 2013 (via Townsville as shown above) and has spent a significant amount of time in the Alliance hangar in Brisbane being prepared for service.  It emerged earlier in the week and operated a test flight from and back to Brisbane on Monday 22 September.

Meanwhile, fellow Alliance F-70 VH-JFE operated a scheduled service on behalf of Virgin Australia into Rockhampton Airport earlier on Wednesday 24 September.  It operated the early morning VOZ1231/1234 service from and back to Brisbane.
