Visitors to Fraser Coast Airports - GAM Dornier VH-VJD at Maryborough & AirServices Super King Air VH-FIZ at Hervey Bay

A couple of interesting visitors into the Fraser Coast region over the last couple of days have caught my attention including a visitor to Maryborough Aerodrome in the form of General Aviation Maintenance (GAM) Dornier DO-228 VH-VJD.

It arrived from Brisbane late on Tuesday 23 September and soon after departed back there.  This was presumably a Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flight.

Meanwhile, at Hervey Bay / Fraser Coast Airport, AirServices Australia / Aero Pearl flight calibration Hawker Beechcraft B300 Super King Air VH-FIZ called in from Brisbane as Wednesday 24 September.  After a couple of hours, it departed back to the capital.
