Alliance Airlines Fokker F-100 VH-XWS Pops into Mackay Airport on Sports Charter

In amongst all the action of the Mechanos Wings and Wheels at Mackay Airport, on Saturday 11 August, Alliance Airlines Fokker F-100 VH-XWS was spotted paying a visit while operating a closed charter flight to the sugar city.

VH-XWS touched down directly from Cairns as UTY3381 and looked to carry the players and officials of the Northern Pride Rugby League team to Mackay to take on the local Mackay Cutters in the latest round of the Queensland Rugby League's Intrust Super Cup Competition.

After the match, which saw the Northern Pride take the win, VH-XWS returned to Cairns after dark as UTY3382.
