A Couple of Nice Bizjets Pop into Hamilton Island Airport - Crown Melbourne Bombardier Global Express VH-CCV & Private Cessna Citation I/SP N501AF

On Tuesday 7 January, Crown Melbourne Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express bizjet VH-CCV was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport.  It looked to arrive directly from Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport.

After a couple of hours on the ground, VH-CCV departed Hamilton Island Airport for Sydney and later Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport, also on Tuesday 7 January, was  FTM Air LLC (Fargo, North Dakota, USA) Cessna 501 Citation I/SP bizjet N501AF it looked to arrive from the Gold Coast.

It is unclear if the Citation remained on Hamo.

Finally, recently re-registered Sydney-based Hawker Beechcraft G36 Bonanza VH-JKL was noted departing Rockhampton Airport for Bankstown also on Tuesday 7 January.  It had arrived into Rocky from there on Sunday 5 January.
