Re-Registered AAA Aircraft / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 550 Citation Bravo Bizjet VH-CCJ Pops into Biloela / Thangool Airport - Plus More!

On Tuesday 9 March, recently re-registered AAA Aircraft / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 550 Citation Bravo bizjet VH-CCJ was noted arriving into Biloela / Thangool Airport.  It touched down from the Sunshine Coast.

After spending the day parked, VH-CCJ departed Bilo and returned to the Sunny Coast.

VH-CCJ was only re-registered last week and was previously operated by locally-based Greensill Aviation out of Bundaberg Airport.  Sadly though, Greensill Capital has filed for insolvency in the UK, affecting the company in Australia.

At the time of writing, it appears that VH-CCJ will head to Emerald Airport on Wednesday 10 March.

Also on Tuesday 9 March, Corporate Aviation Bell 429 Global Ranger helicopter VH-EQP also arrived into Biloela / Thangool Airport but from its Southport base.  It then flew up to Mackay Airport where it looked to be staying for the night.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 10 March, VH-EQP departed back South from Mackay Airport, again passing through Thangool Airport before returning to Southport.

Meanwhile, a coupe of other bizjets noted in the region, also on Tuesday 9 March, included locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ which returned to Mackay Airport from Brisbane before then departing back to the capital.

While the Australian Country Choice Properties (Brisbane) Cessna 560 Citation V Encore bizjet VH-ACC visited Babbiloora from Brisbane.

And Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-24 jet VH-VTF was noted visiting Moura Airport from its Archerfield base.

Finally, also on Tuesday 9 March, NSW based Cessna 310J VH-DKY arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Coffs Harbour again. 

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 10 March, VH-DKY departed Rocky and returned to Coffs Harbour.

Townsville-based ZephAir Australia - Aircraft Charters Piper PA-31 Navajo VH-AYT was noted visiting Rockhampton Airport from its Townsville base.

And Flanagan Aviation (New South Wales) Beech 95-B55 Baron VH-EUZ visited Bundaberg Airport from its Lismore base.

UPDATE!  VH-EUZ did the same flight, again visitng Bundaberg Airport from Lismore, on Wednesday 10 March.
