On Tuesday 16 March, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-208 was noted completing a missed approach at Bundaberg Airport.
A41-208 looked to depart RAAF Base Amberley and complete airwork off the Northern New South Wales coast before descending the flying up at low level from around Kingaroy, Wondai and Gayndah to Bundy. It looked to complete one missed approach at Bundaberg Airport.
A41-208 then headed back South and returned to Amberley.
A41-208 was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Stallion 72".
