On Monday 15 March, Seair Pacific / Istlecote Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan VH-TLH was noted arriving into Middlemount Aerodrome on what appears to be one of it regular Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flights from Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) and Maryborough Airports.
It later returned to Hervey Bay Airport but flew via Biloela / Thangool Airport.
Meanwhile, other lighties noted around the region, also on Monday 15 March, included the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Raytheon B1900D VH-PSK which was noted calling into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and Townsville. It then departed to Brisbane before later returning to Townsville and Cairns.
Sydney-based Piper PA-31-350 Navajo Chieftain VH-JVD passed through Emerald Airport from Cairns heading South.
Emerald-based Central Highlands Aerial Services (CHAS) Cessna 208 Caravan VH-LMZ returned home to Emerald from Mackay Airport. It flew over the previous day.
Rolleston-based Cessna 310 VH-XBB returned 'home' from Hamilton Island Airport.
And McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Beech B200 King Air VH-MWZ looked to arrive into Charter Towers Aerodrome from its Sunshine Coast base.
Finally, also on Monday 15 March, BPW Aviation / Airspeed Aviation Cessna 441 Conquest II VH-EQU was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns, Innisfail, Townsville and Mackay Airports.
It had flown North from Scone in New South Wales to Cairns the previous day.
UPDATE! On Tuesday 16 March, VH-EQU departed Rockhampton Airport and called into Gladstone, Bundaberg and Maryborough Airports before finishing the day at Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.
