After a couple of hours on the ground, VH-OFJ departed to Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport where, at the time of writing, it appeared to be staying for the night.

UPDATE!  VH-OFJ has eventually departed Hervey Bay for Wagga Wagga and Melbourne (Essendon) on Friday 21 September.

Meanwhile, also due to visit Longreach Airport later tonight on Wednesday 19 September is LifeFlight (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-VVI "Ambulance 451".  It is due to arrive from Townsville and Julia Creek.  It should then return to Townsville.

And a couple of light General Aviation (GA) aircraft to pass through Longreach Airport over the last couple of days have included Hardy Aviation (of Darwin in the Northern Territory) Cessna 402C VH-SQL which was noted arriving from Redcliffe and the Sunshine Coast on Monday 17 September.  It was at Redcliffe undergoing a re-paint and has since continued to Darwin.

While Brisbane-based Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-AAD was noted flying into Longreach Airport from Archerfield and Surat on Tuesday 18 September.  It then continued to Brunette Downs and Mount Isa.

Finally, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air A32-675 flying as "Hudson 04" was noted arriving into Longreach Airport from Townsville via missed approach at Mackay Airport also on Tuesday 18 September.  It then departed to Rockhampton Airport via more airwork at Charleville and Emerald Airports.  A32-675 looks to be staying for the night at Rocky.
