More Wet Weather in the Whitsundays - Extra Flights into Hamilton Island by Virgin Australia

For the second time in less than two weeks, wet weather has seen flight delays and cancellations at Hamilton Island Airport.  This time Virgin Australia cancelled flights into Hamo, and on Monday 10 February, two additional flights - one from Brisbane and one from Sydney - were flown by Virgin to make up the shortfall.
