RAAF Beech B350 Super King Air A32-349 "Torch 28" Completes Airwork Around Central Queensland Airports

On Tuesday 21 November, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air A32-349 - flying as "Torch 28" - was noted flying at low level up the Queensland coast overhead Bundaberg and Gladstone before it continued to a position overhead Rockhampton.  From there, the Super King Air was then noted to head out to sea abeam St Lawrence before completing airwork some 50 miles South-East of Mackay.  A32-349 then landed at Mackay Airport for short period of time before departing onwards towards Hamilton Island.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 21 November, an unidentified RAAF Boeing C-17A Globemaster III - flying as "Stallion 75" - also completed airwork around CQ.  It was noted on a low level flight around the Taroom area before continuing towards Theodore, Gayndah and Wondai.

Finally, last Sunday 19 November, RAAF Boeing B737-7DF(BBJ) A36-001 was heard completing a missed approach at Longreach Airport as "Envoy 74".  It is believed to have flown up from and then returned to Brisbane.
