And Yet More Bizjets Call into Hamilton Island Airport - And They Have to Park at Proserpine!

As we mentioned below, Silver Linings Aviation Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-ZEK did call into Hamilton Island Airport on Tuesday 19 August, touching down from Bankstown.

Then on Wednesday 20 August, Brenzil Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet VH-CRW was spotted by my father-in-law also arriving into Hamo but from Brisbane.

Seemingly due to the increasingly crowed parking apron at Hamilton Island Airport, VH-CRW then positioned across to the nearby Proserpine / Whitsunday Coast Airport.

My father-in-law also captured the visiting Qantas Boeing B737-800 VH-XZB as it was on final approach operating QFA866 service from Sydney.

He also reports that he also captured some photos of some local helicopters that were flying around Hamilton Island in support of and filming the yachting action of the Hamilton Island Race Week.

Finally, Balmoral Air Dassault Falcon 2000LX bizjet VH-WIO operated a return flight from Hamo to Bankstown and back later on Wednesday 20 August.
