More Photos of QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-LQM 'Recognise' at Central Queensland Airports

QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 Next Gen VH-LQM is becoming a familiar sight at Central Queensland Airports this week, with it noted flying from Cairns to Moranbah on a Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flight, before flying the Cairns to Brisbane 'milk-run' via Townsville, Mackay (as shown above and below), Rockhampton and Gladstone Airports on Wednesday 27 August.

VH-LQM then operated back into Moranbah Airport and Gladstone Airport from Brisbane on Thursday 28 August as shown below.  It then operated another FIFO charter flight, this time from Gladstone to Sydney and back. It was due to depart back to Brisbane on a scheduled service early on Friday 29 August before being 'scheduled' to fly to Rockhampton and back to Brisbane.

As mentioned below, VH-LQM was rolled out in Sydney about two weeks ago in its new 'Recognise' colour scheme.  The livery has been unveiled by Qantas as it has joined the movement to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Australian Constitution by unveiling a new QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 aircraft showcasing a large 'Recognise' logo on its livery.
