Reports from local plane spotters suggest that a Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft performed two missed approaches at Rockhampton Airport on
Wednesday 3 April.

Sources suggest the aircraft could have been A30-006, which was noted flying in the area as "Wedgetail 06".
