Around lunchtime on Wednesday 17 February, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" was noted visiting Mackay Airport. It looked to arrive from its Brisbane base before later departing to Cairns.
