Over the last few days, there continues to be a good mix of jet arrivals into Gladstone Airport operating for QantasLink and Virgin Australia.

On Monday 22 July, Alliance Airlines Fokker F-100 VH-XWM operated two return flights into Gladstone from and back to Brisbane on behalf of QantasLink.  This was on top of the usual Cobham Aviation-operated Boeing B717-200 jet services for QantasLink.

Meanwhile, late on Sunday 21 July, local plane spotter Michael F popped out to Gladstone Airport and captured some nice images of the departure of Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 VH-ZPT as it departed Gladstone for Brisbane as VOZ1716.

While he was there, Michael also captured Virgin Australia Regional Airlines ATR 72-600 VH-FVQ which had earlier arrived and was staying overnight.  It departed early on Monday 22 July for Brisbane as VOZ1708.

Thanks to Michael for sending through these fantastic photos from Sunday night!  They are great!  Thanks mate!
