And on Saturday RAAF Boeing B737-7DF(BBJ) A36-002 Calls into Mackay and Rockhampton Airports

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7DF(BBJ) A36-002 was in air again on Saturday 18 October, this time calling into Mackay and Rockhampton Airports while still conducting what was described as a training flight.

And again flying as "Envoy 29", A36-002 - flown by 34 Squadron VIP Transport - initially departed Townsville and arrived into Mackay Airport - where it pictured below.  At Mackay, it undertook a crew change, before it departed to Rockhampton.

At Rockhampton, strong winds caused A36-002 to perform a missed approach before it came back around and landed on Runway 15.

It briefly parked on the Southern end of the Rockhampton Airport apron.

Soon after, it departed Rocky for the Sunshine Coast and further South to its Canberra base.
