As mentioned below, 9V-STV had the honours, and it made a stunning arrival into Rockhampton Airport, touching down direct from Singapore's Changi Airport as SIA8933.
It departed back to Singapore later that night as SIA8934.
Certainly a great sight, and, at the time of writing, it appears that another A330 will touch down at Rockhampton Airport a little earlier in the evening around 8pm on Friday 10 October.
Meanwhile, later tonight - Thursday 9 October - a Singapore Airlines Boeing B777-200 will call into Rocky. All these Singapore Airlines charter flights are in support of the Singapore Armed Force's Exercise Wallaby 2014. UPDATE! 9V-SVF will touch down after 7pm tonight.
