I noted with interest that on Wednesday 8 October, the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra bizjet VH-PSU flew into Longreach Airport from Brisbane. After overnighting, it then flew back to Brisbane before making another return flight from Brisbane to Longreach on Thursday 9 October.

VH-PSU hasn't seen much 'action' in recent days, seemingly undergoing maintenance at the Sunshine Coast Airport. The exact nature of these flights is not known.
Also fellow Police Airwing Raytheon B1900D VH-PSK continues to fly up-and-down the Queensland coast 2-3 days each week. On Tuesday 7 October, VH-PSK was noted to have visited Rockhampton (twice), Maryborough and Mackay during a day of flying that started and finished at Cairns.
At the time of writing, it appears that VH-PSK will have another busy day ahead of it on Friday 10 October!
