Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 Jet VH-ZPM Calls into Gladstone Airport Thursday

A surprise visitor into Gladstone Airport on Thursday 9 October was Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 jet VH-ZPM.

VH-ZPM - which still wears its old red Pacific Blue colours and titles, along with a white nose and white panel on its underside - called into Gladstone Airport operating the scheduled VOZ1713/1716 service from and back to Brisbane.

Of interest, VH-ZPM the operated a flight to Mackay, and early indications suggest that VH-ZPM will call into Mackay (again) and Rockhampton on Friday 10 October.

This may be the last time we see VH-ZPM in Central Queensland in its Pacific Blue colour scheme as fellow E-190 VH-ZPL has commenced its flight back to Australia from overseas where it was re-painted into Virgin Australia livery.
