Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Dassault Falcon 7X Bizjet A56-001 Back in CQ at Gladstone Airport

Two days-in-a-row into Central Queensland!

On Tuesday 7 May, the recently delivered Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet A56-001 was back in CQ touching down at Gladstone Airport direct from Canberra as "Regent 45".

After a short time on the ground, the sleek newly delivered Falcon 7X returned to Canberra.

It appears that A56-001 - which was only delivered at the end of last month and is the first of three acquired to replace the three Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjets currently operated by 34 Squadron from RAAF Base Fairbairn at Canberra - is operating a series of training and crew familiarisation flights before it enters service.

As posted below, A56-001 made its first visit to CQ at Bundaberg Airport on Monday 6 May.
