Another Pair of Bizjets Call into Hamilton Island Airport - VH-MBP & VH-CRW - And More!

On Friday 12 August, the run of nice bizjets visiting Hamilton Island Airport with a nice pair of locally-based corporate aircraft calling in from different parts of the country.

Marcplan Charter Gulfstream G-IV-X (G450) VH-MBP touched down from Port Lincoln in the early afternoon.  It later departed to Melbourne (Essendon).

Then in the early evening, Brenzil Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet VH-CRW arrived at Hamo from its Brisbane base.  It looked to be staying for at least the night - and may stay longer given its previous prolonged stay in the Whitsundays.

Finally, as I write this post, there appears to yet more bizjet action at Hamilton Island Airport on Saturday 13 August with Sundyne (Execujet Australia) Cessna 650 Citation VII VH-SSZ due to depart to the Sunshine Coast and Sydney, while Cessna 510 Citation Mustang VH-VSQ (shown below) is due to touch down at Hamo from Archerfield.

VH-VSQ appears to be travelling with Beech A36 Bonanza VH-MMY which also flew into Hamilton Island Airport from Archerfield on Saturday 13 August.

I wonder what corporate aircraft we will see at Hamilton Island over the next week or so with Audi Hamilton Island Race Week due to start next Saturday 20 August.

Awesome!
