HeliScope (PNG) AS.350B Squirrel Helicopter P2-HSP Diverts to Moranbah Airport enroute to Rockhampton Airport

During the afternoon on Saturday 13 April, HeliScope of Papua New Guinea (PNG) Aerospatiale AS.350B Squirrel helicopter P2-HSP was noted diverting into Moranbah Airport while on a flight from Townsville to Rockhampton Airport.

The Squirrel helicopter had earlier flown down from Cairns to Townsville and was forced to divert to Moranbah Airport to take on more fuel.  The pilot also reported that he may be forced to spend the night at Moranbah.

At the time of writing, it was unclear if P2-HSP had departed Moranbah Airport.

UPDATE!  In the days since preparing this post, it remains unclear if P2-HSP departed Moranbah Airport - one would assume it did - although it hasn't been noted passing through any other CQ Airports.

Do any of you reading this post know where P2-HSP ended up?
