Silver Linings Aviation Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign Bizjet VH-ZEK Calls into Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Wednesday 10 April, Silver Linings Aviation Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-ZEK was back in Central Queensland once again, this time arriving into Hamilton Island Airport direct from its Bankstown Base.

At the time of writing, it appears that VH-ZEK is staying at Hamo for at least the night.

Also on Wednesday 10 April, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Beech B200 King Air VH-MWZ looked to call into Mackay Airport from Townsville.  It was later noted heading West from Mackay Airport before then flying to Cairns.

Meanwhile, back at Hamilton Island Airport, as many as four visiting light General Aviation (GA) aircraft were noted coming and going on various flights on Monday 8 April.

Hawker Beechcraft G58 Baron VH-EZD departed to its Monto Airport base after arriving on Hamo on Friday 5 April.

Elite Helicopters (Brisbane) Aerospatiale AS.350BA Squirrel helicopter VH-RAD departed to Townsville.

South Australia-based Cessna 210L VH-HRN departed to Bundaberg Airport after arriving from Ingham on Saturday 6 April.

While Townsville Airlines (Flightech Air Logistics) Cessna 402C twin VH-UCM visited late in the day, arriving from an departing back to its Cairns Base.

Finally, one other bizjet that was also back in CQ once again on Wednesday 10 April was LifeFlight (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-CXJ "Ambulance 452".

On this occasion, it was noted arriving into Mackay Airport from Townsville before later departing to Brisbane.
