New Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) King Air VH-VJX "FlyDoc 426" Calls into Roma and Charleville Airports

Over the weekend on Saturday 6 April, one of the four new Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Raytheon B200 King Air turboprop aircraft VH-VJX was spotted at Charleville Airport.  It was heard to be using the radio callsign of "FlyDoc 426".

VH-VJX arrived from Roma Airport after it appeared to 'deploy' there from Cairns the previous day.

VH-VJX is pictured above alongside the older Roma-based RFDS Raytheon B200 King Air VH-FDZ "FlyDoc458" at Charleville Airport.

VH-VJX is one of four new King Air turboprop aircraft that the RFDS has recently taken delivery of through Cairns where It and another registered VH-VJW "FlyDoc 403" are currently operating. The others appear to be registered VH-VJY and VH-VJZ.
