Mackellar Mining Equipment / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra Bizjet VH-MMC at Biloela / Thangool and Emerald Airports

A busy day for a familiar bizjet back Central Queensland once again on Wednesday 13 March, with Mackellar Mining Equipment / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra bizjet VH-MMC was noted arriving into Biloela / Thangool Airport and then Emerald Airport from its Sunshine Coast base.

After spending most of the day on the ground, VH-MMC then departed Emerald Airport and flew across to Biloela / Thangool Airport before eventually returning to its Sunshine Coast base.

Meanwhile, Brisbane-based Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-AAD has had a busy week and called into various CQ Airports.  It originally departed its Archerfield base on Monday 11 March and has been noted visiting Surat, Cloncurry and Longreach Airports (amongst other places) as well as Emerald Airport also on Wednesday 13 March.  It arrived from Wondai and later departed to Mount Isa.

Finally, also on Wednesday 13 March, the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra bizjet VH-PSU was noted visiting Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Brisbane via the Sunshine Coast.  It later returned direct to Brisbane.

Local news suggests that it brought senior officers of the Queensland Police Service to Bowen for the re-opening of the local police station.  Of interest, fellow Police Cessna 208 Caravan VH-PSV was noted visiting Bowen Airport back on Sunday 3 March.  It arrived from and departed back to Cairns.
