Mitchell Air / Australian Corporate Jet Centres Bombardier Global 6000 Bizjet VH-OFX Calls into Emerald Airport

A real nice surprise and a first-time visitor into Central Queensland Airports with Mitchell Air / Australian Corporate Jet Centres Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global 6000 bizjet VH-OFX calling into Emerald Airport on Monday 11 March.  It touched down from its Melbourne (Essendon) base.

After spending the day parked, VH-OFX departed Emerald Airport bound for the Golden Grove Mine at Yalgoo in Western Australia.

Meanwhile, over at Bundaberg Airport, also on Monday 11 March, the almost-daily visits by Isle of Man-registered but Australian-based Piaggio P-180 Avanti II M-ETAL continued.  It looked to arrive at Bundy from Adelaide before it later departed to its Coffs Harbour base.

While in the early evening, LifeFlight (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-CXJ looked to call into Bundy briefly while flying from Brisbane to Townsville.

Sincere thanks to Bernie P for allowing us share his great photo of a great corporate bizjet!
