On Wednesday 12 August, Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ was noted visiting Longreach Airport.  It's had a busy couple of days and was noted arriving into Longreach Airport from Winton, having flown in there from Brisbane and Birdsville over the previous couple of days.

After some time on the ground, VH-SGQ departed back to Brisbane at the end of its 'tour'.

Meanwhile, up at Mackay Airport, also on Wednesday 12 August, BPW Aviation / Airspeed Aviation of Scone, New South Wales, Cessna 404 Titan VH-SKV and Cessna 441 Conquest II VH-EQU both visited from Tamworth via Brisbane.  These pair of Cessnas seem to be regular weekly visitors

Also on Wednesday 12 August, Redjet Aviation Piper PA-31 Navajo VH-PJU landed at Emerald Airport from Toowoomba,  It then flew up to the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's Carmichael Coal Mine Site.  VH-PJU then returned to Toowoomba, again flying via Emerlad Airport.

Finally, also on Wednesday 12 August, Brescon (Toowoomba) Beech B200 King Air VH-XDW also called into Labona but from Toowoomba-Wellcamp.

UPDATE!  At the time of writing, early on Thursday 13 August, VH-XDW is due to return to Wellcamp from Labona.
