A couple of interesting aircraft were noted to call into Longreach Airport on Tuesday 24 June. Air Link (Dubbo) Beech 1900D VH-RUE made a return to Central Queensland - albeit briefly - calling in to Longreach from Sydney.

Information suggests that VH-RUE will depart to Mount Isa and RAAF Base Tindal (in the Northern Territory) on Wednesday 25 June.
Also calling in to Longreach on Tuesday 24 June was Aerorescue (AMSA - Australian Maritime Safety Authority) Dornier 328-100 VH-PPQ.

It arrived from Darwin and soon after, departed for Brisbane.
It's also worth mentioning that last Thursday 19 June, AirServices Australia / Aero Pearl flight calibration Hawker Beechcraft B300 Super King Air VH-FIZ also passed through Longreach Airport while on a flight from Darwin to Brisbane.
