A Few More Stunning Photos of RAAF KC-30A (MRTT) A39-002 and Army Blackhawk A25-219 at Rockhampton Airport Last Week

We are really lucky to have Rockhampton plane spotter Phil M continue to send us stunning images he has taken at Rockhampton Airport, and over the last week, he captured some great photos of the two Australian Defence Force (ADF) visitors to call into the beef capital.

On Tuesday 8 July, Australian Army Sikorsky S-70A-9 Blackhawk helicopter A25-219 called in for fuel while heading North from Bundaberg and on to Mackay as "Spartan 219".

Also on Tuesday 8 July, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Airbus A330-200 / KC-30A Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) A39-002 called in to Rockhampton Airport, touching down from Darwin, and later departing to Brisbane as "Dragon 05".

And then on Wednesday 9 July, A39-002 called back into Rocky - this time arriving from and later departing back to Brisbane - again as "Dragon 05".

Sincere thanks to Phil for sending through these absolutely fantastic images from Rocky last week!
