After a little over an hour on the ground, VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" departed Mackay Airport and has just landed back at Towsville.
As posted below, this is the second visit to Mackay Airport this week by the recently delivered LifeFlight Challenger 604 which as we've posted was previously flown by the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).
Meanwhile, also on Thursday 28 May, fellow Lifeflight (Aeromed) fellow Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" was noted visiting Charleville Airport. It arrived from Brisbane and later departed back there via Toowoomba-Wellcamp Airport.
