Noted making a very early visit to Biloela / Thangool Airport before the sun rose on Saturday 11 June was Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-CXJ "Ambulance 452". It called in from Brisbane.

It would appear that the LearJet was performing a med-evac flight, and after some time on the ground at Bilo, it returned to Brisbane.
