Neabrean P/L Cessna 208B Caravan VH-JOZ called into Longreach Airport on Friday 6 October from its Toowoomba base and departed back there during the early part of the afternoon on Saturday 7 October.

A pair of Brescon P/L Beech B200 King Airs VH-WXN and VH-WXB were also noted arriving into Longreach Airport early on Saturday 7 October but from the Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport. They both later departed to Winton and are expected to both return to Wellcamp from there on Sunday 8 October.
Of interest, Hawker Beechcraft C90GTi King Air VH-JJU also looked to fly into Winton from and then back to its Cloncurry base also on Saturday 7 October.
Also on Saturday 7 October, South Australian-based Mooney M20R VH-OVN also called into Longreach Airport, touching down from the Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport in Northern New South Wales. It later departed to Dorunda near to the Gulf of Carpentaria.
Of interest, another Mooney M20J VH-KDC visited Emerald Airport on Saturday 7 October and in fact visited Longreach Airport last Saturday 30 September.
And Port Macquarie-based Mooney M20TN VH-ZVT arrived into Rockhampton Airport from there via the Gold Coast on Friday 6 October.
Finally, an interesting trio of light movements in and out of Rockhampton Airport on Saturday 7 October included Beech F33A Bonanza arriving and departing from its Capella base, Brisbane-based Amateur built Lancair ES VH-DFH arrived into Rocky from Archerfield and locally-based R-Mach Aviation Lancair 4 VH-XVP departed Rockhampton Airport for the four-hour trip to Melbourne (Essendon).
