Airbus Helicopters H145 D-HADW on Australian Demo Tour Calls into Mackay, Gladstone and Bundaberg Airports Heading South

After completing a couple of demonstration flights around Townsville in Far North Queensland, the stunning new Airbus Helicopters H145 D-HADW returned to Central Queensland, flying into Mackay Airport late on Tuesday 7 July where it stayed for the night.  Early on Wednesday 8 July, D-HADW departed South from Mackay to Gladstone Airport where local plane spotters Jamie and Tash were on hand to capture its arrival.

After taking on fuel, D-HADW departed Gladstone heading further South to Bundaberg.

Again after taking on fuel, D-HADW continued its South-bound flight, landing back at Brisbane during the middle of the afternoon.

At the time of writing, D-HADW was scheduled to depart Brisbane on Thursday 9 July for Coffs Harbour and Bankstown where I'm assuming that its demonstration tour will continue.,

Thanks to Jamie and Tash for capturing and sending through these great photos of a great helicopter!
