United States Army (US Army) Sikorsky HH-60M Blackhawk Helicopter 12-20517 Also Calls into Mackay and Rockhampton Airports

Also on Monday 3 July, United States Army (US Army) Sikorsky HH-60M Blackhawk helicopter 12-20517 called into Mackay and Rockhampton Airports.  It appears to have flown South from Townsville where it actually flew into from Gladstone last Friday 30 June - see more photos in our posts below!

After parking at Rockhampton Airport for a short period of time, the Blackhawk re-positioned and landed inside the Australian Army Defence Support Group (DSG) 'Camp Rocky' adjacent to Rockhampton Airport.  It later departed from here for parts unknown.

The Blackhawk was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Dustoff 29".  Information suggests that 12-20517 is of the 25th Infantry Division Combat Aviation Brigade - 3rd Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment "Hammerhead".
