RAAF Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail A30-001 Completes a Missed Approach at Gladstone Airport

On Wednesday 10 July, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft A30-001 was spotted completing a missed approach at Gladstone Airport.


A30-001 was flying as "Wedgetail 05" and looked to fly up to Gladstone from RAAF Base Williamtown via a missed approach at the Sunshine Coast.

After completing its airwork at Gladstone Airport, A30-001 returned back to Williamtown via more airwork including another missed approach this time at Coffs Harbour.
