Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air A32-670 "Beaufort 01” Spotted at Bowen Airport

On Friday 12 July, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Beech B350 Super King Air turboprop A32-670 was photographed soon after arriving into Bowen Aerodrome.

It is one of three RAAF Super King Airs that have been noted flying around various parts of Central Queensland in the last couple of days presumably in association with joint Military Exercise Talisman Sabre 2019 (TS19).

A32-670 was flying as "Beaufort 01" and arrived at Bowen Aerodrome from Williamson Airfield within the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA). It had started the day at Townsville.

A32-670 later departed Bowen Aerodrome and returned to Townsville.

Sincere thanks to local plane spotter James K for taking the time to capture and send through these great photos!
